By accessing and using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Welcome to goodship.id, a digital marketplace platform specializing in vessel Sale & Purchase transactions.
  • By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations within the Republic of Indonesia.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION

  • Users of this platform must be authorized representatives of a shipping company, direct shipowners, licensed shipbrokers, or individuals with the legal capacity to engage in commercial transactions.
  • goodship.id reserves the right to verify user identity, company legality, and supporting documents prior to account approval or the publication of vessel listings.

3. LISTING AND VESSEL DATA REQUIREMENTS

  • Sellers are required to provide accurate, valid, and truthful technical information regarding the vessel, including but not limited to vessel type, DWT/GT capacity, year of build, shipyard classification, and certification status (BKI/IACS).
  • It is strictly prohibited to upload fictitious vessel data, manipulate pricing (unauthorized mark-up), or repost duplicate listings of the same vessel without proper authorization.
  • goodship.id shall not be held liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or misleading technical information provided by sellers. Buyers are strongly advised to conduct a Pre-Purchase Inspection.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • goodship.id acts solely as a digital intermediary platform connecting vessel sellers and buyers.
  • All final agreements, price negotiations, payment arrangements, preparation of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), flag transfer processes, and physical delivery of the vessel are the sole responsibility of the seller and buyer on a civil basis.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All content, logos, trademarks, graphic designs, text, source code, and technological systems on this website are the exclusive property of goodship.id and are protected under applicable Copyright and Intellectual Property laws of Indonesia.
  • Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of website content without prior written consent from goodship.id management is strictly prohibited.

6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify, add, limit, or discontinue any part or all of the platform services at any time without prior written notice to users.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • In the event of any dispute arising from the use of this platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through mutual consultation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through the competent District Court in Indonesia.
